To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.
During holiday hours, exact time frames are unable to be accomidated. Requests for specific time frames during holidays will be an additional $20 on top of the original price and delivery fee.
Same Day Delivery
If you order by 2:00 pm, we can typically deliver the flowers the same day Monday through Friday. For same day service on the weekend please order by 12:00 pm on Saturday.
Our first delivery leaves the shop AROUND 10:30am. Our final delivery for the day leaves the shop at 2:45pm. We are available for same day delivery if ordered before 1:45pm.
Orders going to any public school system must be ordered a day in advace, or by NOON the day of to ensure same day delivery.
We are unable to deliver flowers to a P.O. Box or an A.P.O. addresses.
If no one is home
Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return, such as with a neighbor, or leave a message for the recipient to call us to arrange for delivery. Providing us with the recipients phone number allows us to arrange a better time or place to successfully complete the delivery.
Canceling or Changing an Order
Same-day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed. Â Email changes or cancellations are NOT accepted. To cancel or change an order that has not been processed, please call immediately. All changes or cancellations MUST be verbal.
Recipient may be contacted
In some cases, the florist may contact the recipient to ensure they will be home to accept the delivery. Out of town deliveries require a phone number and will be called in advance to ensure they will be home.
Request to leave item at door
We will not leave a delivery on a doorstep, porch, yard or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves. We WILL NOT BE held responsible for missing or faulty product due to this special request. Due to North Dakota weather, this is NOT recommended.
Recipient refusal of delivery
If the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, you may be held fully liable for the cost of the gift.
The message that you write in the Card Message field is the message that is sent with the gift. We do not include any billing information with your order.
